One World Festival is looking for dedicated volunteers to help run the festival smoothly!
We are looking for people who:
You should have good leadership skills and be able to keep an overview when the waves go high at the One World Festival. You should also be able to communicate your needs effectively and take responsibility for yourself.
You are proactive and can take initiative to see possibilities in situations where they are needed.
Are a true team player
Have knowledge and experience assisting in a café, fx. baking lovely cakes, working in a kitchen, cooking vegetarian food, or having general experience with service work.
We need
➤ 3 people in our kitchen team players ( we have two chefs leading the kitchen)
➤ 4 people in the Cafe team - who love to bake and create sweet magic
➤ 4 people in an Octopus Team - that can help musicians, prepare and beautify the festival room, take care of cleaning and setting up.
