The festival offers concerts and various workshops on the topic of personal development. Each year, the festival includes regular features such as yoga, dance, breathwork, sauna rituals, and cacao ceremonies—all focusing on creating more joy and quality of life.
We have a special theme for our festival each year, and we invite guest teachers to be facilitators for our workshops.
This year’s theme is: "Individual and Collective Trauma Healing." This highly relevant topic aims to identify the root causes of our society's many psychological and physical challenges.
